We offer many personal services and our volunteers are here and available for you.

A lovely chat over some cup of tea
Friendly home visit
Share memories
Shopping trips for food or entertainment
Help in attending appointments
Courtyard gardening (no lawn mowing)

This and more are all part of our services that you can access.

Support in subject to the availability of our volunteers. Please give one weeks notice when booking in for support.

Individual Social Services costs

Full Cost

$25 per Hour

Subsidised Cost

$12.50 per Hour

There are two ways to receive the subsidised rate for your meals:

One:

Have a referral though My Aged Care for
Individual Social Support. You pay the subsidised rate
and any additional costs incurred on the day.

Two:

Have a referral from your Home Care
Package provider for Individual Social Support. Your Home Care Package pays the full cost.
