Subsidised CHSP Cost
$20 per Day, plus expenses
Private / HCP Cost / SAH
$22 per Hour, plus expenses
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation without notice incurs full cost of Service Fee
Cancellation on the day will incur full cost.
There are two ways to receive the subsidised rate for your meals:
One:
Have a referral though My Aged Care for
Group Social Support. You pay the subsidised rate plus the cost of any expenses occurred on the outing.
Meals on Wheels receives funding to
provide the service.
Two:
Have a referral from your Home Care
Package provider for Group Social support. Your pay Home Care Package pays the full cost. You pay the cost of any expenses occurred on the outing.
Interest Groups
Enjoy a mental challenge with a game of scrabble and a good laugh every third Tuesday of the month from 10.30am to 12.30pm. Morning tea is provided and transport can be arranged.
Come and share a fun morning as we create our own beautiful handmade pieces. There’s something different to try each month ranging from card-making, paper quilling, themed gifts, beautiful mementos & more. Every third Monday of the month from 10.30am to 12.30 pm. Afternoon tea is provided and transport can be arranged.
Come and learn this age old game and enjoy a fun afternoon with friends. Beginners and experienced players welcome. Every second Monday of the month from 1.00pm to 3.00 pm. Afternoon tea is provided and transport can be arranged.
